Refund and Cancellation

  • Once invoiced or dispatched, orders cannot be cancelled.

We reserve the right to cancel orders in cases including but not limited to:

  • Once invoiced or dispatched, orders cannot be cancelled.
In such cases, any advance received will be refunded within 7–10 working days.
Return Process
  • Share images/video and invoice copy and reason for return.
  • Our team will approve/reject within working days.
  • Approved goods must be returned in original packing and documents.
Refund Process
  • Refunds will be processed after quality inspection at our warehouse.
  • Refund mode: original payment method / credit note to wallet / ledger adjustment.
  • Timeline: 7–10 working days after approval.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error is from our side.
Replacement
  • Replacement will be provided subject to stock availability.
  • If replacement is unavailable, refund/credit note will be issued.
Privacy Policy
  • We may collect: - Business name, GST, PAN, address, Contact person details (name, phone, email), Order history and transaction data, Payment and credit information.
  • Information is used for: - Order processing and invoicing, Delivery and logistics, Customer support, Legal and regulatory compliance.
  • Data Security: - Industry-standard encryption, Restricted access to authorized personnel, Secure servers and firewalls
Terms & Conditions
  1. Definitions
    • Company refers to the owner/operator of the B2B Portal.
    • User refers to any registered business entity using the portal.
    • Portal means the Company’s online B2B platform.
  2. Eligibility & Registration
    • Access is limited to registered business entities only.
    • Users must provide accurate and complete business details.
  3. Scope of Services
    • The portal facilitates B2B transactions including order placement, invoicing, logistics coordination, and payment tracking.
    • The Company acts as a service facilitator and does not guarantee business volumes.
  4. Pricing & Commercial Terms
    • Prices and charges shall be as agreed or displayed on the portal.
    • Prices are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
    • The Company may revise pricing with prior notice.
  5. Orders & Acceptance
    • Orders placed are subject to acceptance.
    • The Company reserves the right to cancel orders due to operational or compliance issues.
  6. Payment Terms
    • Payments shall be made as per agreed credit terms.
    • Delayed payments may attract penalties.
    • Services may be suspended for overdue payments.
  7. Taxes & Statutory Compliance
    • GST and statutory taxes shall be applicable as per law.
    • Users are responsible for correct GST and statutory details.
  8. Delivery, Logistics & Risk
    • Delivery timelines are indicative unless contractually agreed.
    • Risk and title shall pass as per agreed terms.
  9. Returns, Claims & Disputes
    • Claims must be raised within the specified time.
    • Returns are subject to inspection and approval.
  10. User Obligations
    • Users shall not misuse the portal.
    • Login credentials must remain confidential.
    • Users shall comply with applicable laws.
  11. Intellectual Property
    • All portal content is the exclusive property of the Company.
  12. Confidentiality & Data Protection
    • All shared information shall be treated as confidential.
    • Data will be handled as per applicable laws.
  13. Limitation of Liability
    • The Company shall not be liable for indirect or consequential losses.
  14. Suspension & Termination
    • Access may be suspended or terminated for breach of terms.
  15. Force Majeure
    • The Company shall not be liable for delays due to events beyond control.
  16. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
    • Governed by Indian laws.
    • Jurisdiction shall be courts at the Company’s registered location.
  17. Amendments
